Killed in Action

Kenneth Colin Anderson entlisted on the 2nd Feb 1916 at Adelaide, South Australia. He was 18 yrs and 8 months old. He gave his occupation as a Storeman. His mother Mrs. Mary Anderson lived at Vera Street, Port Pirie, South Australia.

Kenneth was taken in to the 48th Battalion. On 29 Oct 1916 he marched out to join the 48th Battalion at Estaples, France. On 4 Nov 1916 he was taken on strength to the field. On 29 April 1917 he was reported Wounded and Missing in Action. On 11 Apr 1917 he was posted as Killed in Action.

He was buried at the Tilloy les Mafflaines, British Cemetery, Plot 5, Row A, Grave 23. His family were notified by letter of his death.
