Next od kin given as his brother Bryan O'Donnell of Tipperary, Ireland.

Prior to arriving in Australia Danie l had served with the 19th Hussars for five years.

Commenced return to Australia on 19 April 1919 aboard HT Sardinia disembarking on 6 June 1919

Post war Daniel was living in Durban, Natal, South Africa.
