Jeffrey Ernest David ATWILL was born in Gloucestershire, England on 18th October, 1919
His foster parents were Rowland Edward PHELPS & Amy Celia STAFFORD who married in England in 1914 (Stroud)
Jeffrey died of Illness whilst a Prisoner of War of the Japanese in Thailand on 27th November, 1943 and is buried in the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery
