John Bennett Reynolds was born on 12 Nov 1896. All four of his sons enlisted in the Second World War, and he chose to enlist too, declaring his year of birth to be 1902 - so that he qualified within age limits. He served in the Middle East with 2/9 AGH army medical corp as a corporal.
