IN MEMORIAM NOTICES from Family & Friends
ON ACTIVE SERVICE
ALLAMBY - In cherished, loving memory of our only son, Flight Officer Vern, who lost his life with his gallant crew on January 3, 1945, returning from operational flight over Germany.
"In our home where all was quiet,
God took from us that shining light
We miss you Vern, we always will
Your vacant place, no one can fill"
Deeply mourned by his Dad & Mum
--------
"What happy hours we once enjoyed
How sweet their memory still,
But they have left an aching void
This world can never fill"
--------
"God has you in his keeping
We have you in our hearts"
--------
"In silence , we remember"
