The district E.Elloe is an alternative name for East Elloe and it is in the county of Lincolnshire.
He was 25 and the son of William Alexander and Ethel Isabel Duncan Allen; husband of Betty Allen, of Windsor, Victoria, Australia.

Crash Report
Airborne from North Luffenham on an operational bombing sortie. On return, the aircraft suffered single engine failure in flight and crashed whilst attempting an emergency landing with the undercarriage down at Wrights Farm, Gedney Marsh.
RAFVR Sergeant Georgie Frederick JOHNSON and RAFVR Sergeant Frank WOODFIELD also died in this incident.
