Frank was born as Francis Sherral BISSAKER in Burwood, Sydney on 30th July, 1914
His parents were Charles Edward BISSAKER and Winifred LARK who married in Sydney in 1908
He married Norma Sherrie BISSELL in Sydney in 1941 - one son Terence Frank
He enlisted in Paddington on 12th July, 1940 and was a member of the 2nd/13th Infantry Battalion
Frank was Killed in Action at El Alamein, Egypt on 29th October, 1942 and is buried in the El Alamein War Cemetery
