Charles Beresford BRASIER was born on 30th May, 1905 in Leichhardt, Sydney

His parents were Charles Leslie BRASIER and Rose May MARRIOTT who married in 1902 in Sydney

He married Elizabeth Pearl DENNISON in 1929 in Sydney

Charles enlisted on 16th February, 1942 and was a Sapper with the Royal Australian Enginners, 1 Mechanical Equipment Coy. - his final rank was Craftsman

He died of Illness on 16th March, 1943 in a Military Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia and is buried in Centennial Park War Cemetery, South Australia

His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial
