Lockheed Hudson A16-68 crashed at Richmond aerodrome in NSW while undergoing a test flight after servicing at RAAF Number 2 Aircraft Depot with all on board killed.
The crew were FLTLT Shore 411199 (Pilot) and FLGOFF Broderick 409022 (WAG)

Noel Austin CHAMBERLAIN was born in Maitland on 13th December, 1913
His parents were Thomas Adam CHAMBERLAIN & Louisa Frances RELTON who married in Maitland in 1893
He married Joan Esme FAINT in Sydney in 1943
