Oswald John CHANNON was born in Wyalong, NSW on 23rd May, 1917

His parents were Herbert John CHANNON & Emily May PALAZZI who married in Sydney in 1914

He was Killed in Action in New Guinea on 24th April, 1942 and is buried in the Port Moresby(Bomana) War Cemetery
