Kittyhawk A29-1134 of 76SQN RAAF was one of four aircraft to strafe Keningau strip - after initiating the first attack Pilot Officer Lindsay Collins 430438 was pulling out of his run when the aircraft flipped onto its back and dived into the ground at Brunei Bay, Borneo
