Son of Arthur Alexander and Eva Maria Finster of Hawthorn, Victoria
Sergeant Albert Glance 210073 and Flying Officer Mervyn Nelson Finster 690 were killed when Wirraway A20-118 of Number 24 Squadron crashed during dive bombing practice after a wing collapsed as they were pulling out of a dive.
