Henry Heath FISHER was born in Cessnock, NSW on 10th March, 1921
His parents were Henry Heath FISHER & Cecilia Ellen CHATTERTON who married in England in 1911
He had previously served in the 2nd Armoured Car Regiment as a Private before enlisting in the RAAF

His brother James Wharton Severn FISHER (SN 422477) RAAF died in Italy in a Flying Battle on 16th March, 1944
