Parents: - Edward Gehrman and Ruby Elizabeth Butcher married 11 November 1919 in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia.
Ronald was one of three brothers who enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force.
Sergeant Kenneth Joseph Gehrman: - 426871 (RAAF) died on 20th October 1943, when Wellington Bomber Z1717, took off from RAF Chipping Warden on a training flight. The aircraft overshot the airfield climbed to 1,000 feet and crashed at 2254 hrs, coming down near Culworth, 16 miles north west of Northampton. There were no survivors. He was 20.
Allan Lloyd Gehrman: - #435340 - Flight Sergeant (RAAF), survived the war and died in Townsville, Queensland on 24th July 1977.
