Malcolm Vicars GILLIES was born in Maryborough, Queensland on 3rd February, 1920

His parents were Henry Vicars GILLIES & Mearon Isabel STAFFORD

He died as a Prisoner of War at Lombok Island, Netherlands on 27th May, 1945 and is buried in the Ambon War Cemetery
