Sergeant Albert Glance 210073 and Flying Officer Mervyn Nelson Finster 690 were killed when Wirraway A20-118 of Number 24 Squadron crashed during dive bombing practice after a wing collapsed as they were pulling out of a dive.
Attached document explains why Sergeant Glance is buried in the general part of Townsville cemetery and was not re-located with other burials to the Townsville war cemetery in 1942
