Parents: - Sinclair William Grant and Eva Augusta Anderssen married 26th January 1903 in Halifax, Queensland, Australia
Flight Sergeant Sinclair August Grant died in the crash of Avro Lancaster W4314. The aircraft took off from RAF Blyton on a long night cross country training flight. The aircraft flew into the ground at 03:25 hours near Laughton, five miles north north east of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
