INTO THE MOSAIC OF VICTORY WE LAY THIS PRECIOUS PIECE, OUR SON
Pilot Officer B.F. Greenwood, eldest son of Mrs. F.C. Greenwood of Eastwood, navigator of a Halifax bomber reported missing in air operations over the Rhine on March 21, 1945, now reported belived killed by Germans after having parachuted to safety. He was on his 34th operational mission.
