Flying Officer Kenneth Millett Hutchins was born 15/4/1925 in Hurstville New South Wales and was the son of Alfred Henry and Mary Elizabeth Hutchins of Hurstville.
At the time of his loss it has been noted that he was, at the age of 19 years and 4 months, one of the youngest Australian bomber pilots to die during air operations in 1944.
His Avro Lancaster III was shot down over the intended target of Kiel Germany.
