Richard Mortimer Newark JACOMBS was born as Mortimer Newark JURY in Strathfield, NSW on 15th October, 1913
His parents were William Mortimer JACOMBS & Alice JURY who married in Sydney on 6th May, 1914
He died in a Flying Battle over Schweinfurt in Germany on 25th February, 1944 in a Lancaster III Aircraft LM444 JO-D which was shot down - he is buried in the Durnbach War Cemetery
