Noel was born on 22nd February, 1919 in Potts Point, Sydney, NSW
His parents were Leslie Grimshaw JOWETT & Edna Marie LASCELLES who married in Victoria in 1926 - Edna was previously married to David JEFFERSON in Sydney in 1918
Noel served in the Army and later enlisted in the Air Force - he was in a training camp in Victoria when he died from broncho pneumonia on 30th July, 1943
He is buried in the Springvale Cemetery in Victoria
