Howard Clement Hubert MANUEL was born in Adelaide, South Australia in 1890
His parents were John Howard MANUEL & Margaret CUNNINGHAM who married in Victoria in 1889
He married Rose Ann CARRUTHERS in Broken Hill, NSW in 1911

His son Howard Cyril Garfield MANUEL (SN 22627) served during WW2 in the RAAF and was discharged on 18th April, 1944
