Son of James and Amelia Miles, of Forbes, New South Wales.
The death is announced at a military hospital, in Brisbane, on March 28, of Gnr. A. F. Miles, aged 23 years, son of Mrs A. Miles, 32 Martin Street, Lidcombe, and formerly, of Barton Street, Forbes, The deceased was also the brother of the late Jack Miles, R.A.A.F., who was killed in a car accident when journeying to Forbes some time last year. In honor of his memory the flag at the Town Hall flow at half-mast on Tuesday.
