Sergeant Oelrich 402875 of 453SQN RAAF was killed when Brewster Buffalo W8225 was shot down near Butterworth, Malaya
He is mentioned in the book "Buffaloes over Singapore" by Brian Cull
His body was not recovered and he is commemorated on the Singapore Memorial
