"THROUGH FAITH...WAXED VALIANT IN FIGHT". HEB. II: 33, 34
SERGEANT JOHN SMITH, "six foot, 14-st. blond warrior," who was killed in New Guinea recently. He was a mystery man, as well as a hero to his mates in the A.I.F. No one knew just who he was, or where he came from. It has now been learned that his father is Mr. Vyvyan Smith, of Sydney-now on Allied Works Council inspector. John Smith's favorite hobby was bringing back wounded men, regardless of the risks.
