Everard Frederick Redvers SPEERS was born on 4th March, 1900 in Mangana, Tasmania - his war record states 1901
His parents were Robert SPEERS and Elizabeth HANDLEY
He married Mary Jane Florence JACOBS on 6th Jan 1930 at 96 Margaret St. Launceston
Everard enlisted with the Australian Army on 15th Jan. 1941 - his posting at death was 8 Aust. Division Supply Personell Section
He died of Cholera in a Malayan prison camp on 18th July, 1943 and is buried in Kanchanaburi War Cemetery
