Peter Owen Ivangh STEPHENSON was born in Brisbane, Queensland on 4th February, 1925
His parents were Robert Montserrat STEPHENSON & Via May AMOS
He enlisted in Redbank, Queensland on 10th August, 1943 and served as a Trooper in the 2nd/9th Cavalry Commando Squadron during WW2
Peter was Killed in Action in Arohemi, New Guinea on 6th March, 1945 and is buried in the Lae War Cemetery
"REMEMBERED WITH HONOUR"
His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial & the Roll of Honour in Southport, Queensland
