Robert BARBOUR was born in Victoria in 1869
His parents were Robert BARBOUR & Marion ROBB
He died of Enteric Fever in Bloemfontein Hospital on 6th May, 1900 and is buried in the President Brand Hospital in South Africa

1st Victorian Mounted Rifles. Was converted to Mounted Infantry at Naauwpoort, on 1 Februay 1900
