"...Sub Lieutenant Antony Jeffrey (Tony) Huelin, of 2nd Contingent, RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV)... RANHFV is serving with 135th Assault Helicopter Company (135th AHC), United States Army. Due to its integrated nature, the unit is designated an ‘experimental military unit', with the nickname EMU. Sub Lt Huelin was killed in action in Vietnam on 3 Jan 1969, along with Warrant Officer Class 1 Steven William Childers, Specialist 4 (SP4) Ernest Dean Dodson, and SP4 Larry Randall McPherson of the 135th AHC. They were flying combat support in bad weather when the helicopter hit power lines near Bien Hoa." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
