David Hamilton BRAZELL was born in Morriston,  Swansea, Glamorganshire,  Wales on 15th June, 1899

His parents were William BRAZELL and Mary JAMES

He enlisted in the Australian Army on 27th May, 1942 at Quilpie, Queensland and was discharged on 1st February, 1944 - his last unit was listed as the 1 Graves Regiment & Enquiry. Unit

He died in Brisbane, Queensland on 17th July, 1961 & is buried in the Charters Towers Monumental Lawn Cemetery
