His brother, Private Kendall James Bolitho, aged 23, Service Number 3715, died of wounds in the Military Hospital, Lewisham, London on 21/10/1916. He had served with the 5th Bn. Australian Infantry, A.I.F. He was laid to rest in the nearby Ladywell Cemetery at grave D.244.
