"LATE PRPVATE H. J. CARRISS.
Mrs. E. A. Carriss, Weilington-street, Portland, has been notified that her husband, Private H. J. Carriss, who had been previously reported as missing, died whilst a prisoner of war in Germany on November 11, 1916.
