Son of Daniel O'Leary and Susan Agnes O'Leary later known as HOlland nee Kinnear of Warnertown, SA.

Brother of John Justin O'Leary who was killed in action on 13 February 1918 while serving with the 32nd Battalion. Buried in the Messines Ridge British Cemetery, Plot 1, Row A, Grave 12
