Ernest Henry Trevorah was born in 1886 July, and had Wesleyan belief. Trevorah was around 5 foot and 11 inches, with a fresh (pale) complexion, hazel eyes and dark hair. Trevorah was married to Mrs. Henrietta Trevorah, and lived on 55 Lurine street, West Adelaide, South Australia. Trevorah enlisted at 28 and 11 months years old , and joined the 27th Battalion, 5th reinforcement. On 13 October 1915, he boarded HMAT A32 Themistocles.
Trevorah was wounded with a gun shot to the head during action, while fighting in the trenches along the Western Front, in France and Belgium. He was first admitted to a hospital (29th Casualty Clearing Station), in France on the 23/07/1916. Trevorah was then transferred by an ambulance train to Etaples. When he arrived he was admitted to 1st Canadian General Hospital in Etaples 24/07/1916. Trevorah was transferred to No 6 Convalescent Depot in Etaples on 9/08/1916, before being moved again to No 5 Convalescent Depot on 19/08/1916. On the 23/9/1916 he was moved to Base Depot, Etaples. Trevorah rejoined the unit on the field on 14/10/1916.
