Joined unit at Gallipoli, 6 August 1915.
Disembarked Alexandria from HS 'Gascon' 30 August 1915 (dysentery);
admitted to No 1 General Hospital, 1 September 1915 (bruised back and dysentery);
transferred to Convalescent Hospital, Helouan, 16 September 1915 (light duties).
Admitted to No 1 General Hospital, 1 November 1915 (colic); discharged to duty, 4 November 1915.
Embarked Alexandria to rejoin Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, Gallipoli, 13 November 1915.
Disembarked Alexandria from Mudros, 4 December 1915 (general Gallipoli evacuation).
Rejoined unit, 29 December 1915, and proceeded to Western Front.
Wounded in action, Romani, 1 June 1916 (bomb wound, buttock),
