Son of Phillip FINGERSON and Charlotte Banks (nee NIESS)
Served in South Africa, Orange River State, Transvaal, Cape Colony, Natal
In the early 1920's he went into business with HW Retting 43 Battalion AIF as Tailors at 86 King William St Adelaide.
