James Creolam Nisbett is noted in Boer War Service Paybooks for the 6th QIB as James Creelman Nisbett with N.O.K. his mother M. Nisbett at Sandgate Qld. He was born James Merry Creelmann Nisbett on 21 Sep 1879 in Queensland, a son to James Nisbett and Margaret Nisbett (nee Sommerville).
