harold I selby

This is my Grandfather. I am doing the family tree and found he came back to Perth WA after Southafrica. I lived in WA myself from 1980 to 2005 and always felt I had been there before. I now live in Melbourne where Isaac Selby ,Harolds uncle lived.
My Grandfather also went to ww1 and was never the same. He had harsh breathing problems but that never stopped him having a sly drink . He was said to hide a bottle in the garden . Its know wonder he enjoyed gardening. He was a school teacher and as a child I recall him teaching me and asking about my studies.
He had a hall cupboard for his treasured things it was his cubbie hole. I was allowed to go into here but it was no go to others. I loved my granpop .RIP
