George Fairfax VE'ALL was born in Violet Town, Victoria in 1868
His parents were Edmund James VE'ALL & Elizabeth Sarah TELFORD
He married Margaret HAWKE in Victoria in 1905
He first enlisted to serve in the Boer War (SN 58) as a Private with the 1syt Victorian Mounted Infantry and was invalided back to Australia arriving on 2nd August, 1900
He re-enlisted again to serve in the Boer War (SN 565) as a Sergeant with the 2nd Australian Commonwealth Horse
George died when a car hit his bicycle in Sydney Road, Brunswick, Victoria in 1949
