George Leslie William BOARMAN was born in Darlington, Sydney on 21st September, 1911

His parents were Leslie BOARDMAN & Jessie RANKIN who married in Sydney in 1907

He married Nellie May CORNALL in Sydney in 1938

He was taken a Prisoner of War by the Japanese on 15th February, 1942 and held in Thailand & Malaya
