Adrian Consett Stephen, son of prominent Sydney solicitor Consett Stephen. Educated at Sydney Grammar School and University of Sydney (BA, LLB, 1915). Awarded Croix de Guerre at the Somme and Military Cross at Passchendaele. Killed in action at Zillebeke, Belgium, 14 March 1918, aged 25. Writer and dramatist, author of four plays.
