Son of Leopold "Leo" Lawrence FOWLER and Eileen May CARROLL.
Attended Parade College
Enlisted in the AMF in 1939 (S/N V34730) before tranferring to RAAF in 1941.
In 1945 became a priosner of war prisoner in Germany after his Lancaster NN724 was brought in the Netherlands on the 8th Febuary, 1945
