Corporal Harry Dale A2933 was killed in a jeep accident at Iwakuni in Japan on the 20th of December 1950
Leading Aircraftman Archibald Frederick Wallis A41 and Leading Aircraftman William Lloyd Oxley A4454 were injured in the incident with LAC Oxley evacuated to Australia for treatment
