Bert Raymond Bradley died on the 15th of June 1976 - Death Notice in the Sydney Morning Herald
On the 28th of September 1948 Flight Lieutenant Bert Raymond Bradley 414301 (O11347) and Warrant Officer John Dean Lea 442553 (A4436) were the only two survivors when Catalina Flying Boat A24-381 of Number 11 Squadron crashed on Lord Howe Island - seven of the crew were killed:
