"My husband Mario Mayer was in 3 RAR service no. 3799217 25/3/1971 to 16/10/1971 and I pass on sad news he passed away suddenly 15/4/2021. Mario recently came across your FB page and started looking down memory lane. We have been living in Croatia for 7 & half years family commitments and we were making plans in hope to return back to Australia later in the year. With the pandemic we were bit unsure. Sadly he will remain in his birth country. Kind regards and deep sorrow Pamela Mayer"
