Kelvin Walker was born 8 June 1921 to James and Eveline Walker of Plumpton. He enlisted on11Mar 1941 and was discharged 17 Jan 1946 having served in the Middle East, Ceylon Nad New Guniea. After the was he married Joyce Catherine Whyte and returned to New Guinea to reside in Bulolo and Lae. Later both he and Joyce retired to Toukley in New South Wales.
