Cuthbert John Stephen ANDERSON was born in Scone, NSW in 1888
His parents were Philip Cuthbert ANDERSON & Flora Jessie Colquhoun KENNEDY who married in Scone in 1887
He married Sylvia Grave BENNETT in Sydney in 1914 - one child Albert
He enlisted in Liverpool, NSW on 3rd February, 1915 & embarked with the 17th Infantry Battalion, C Company from Sydney on the HMAT Themistocles on 12th May, 1915
Cuthbert died on 29th November, 1918 in the 41st Stationary Hospital in Amiens, France of broncho pneumonia and is buried in the Villers Bretonneux Military Hospital
His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial
