Mrs. Alice Adams, of 43 Smith-street, has been notified by the military authorities that her only son, Private Harcourt (Duke) Adams has been missing in France since August 9. He left here fourteen months ago for the front, and was in the evacuation of Gallipoli. Previous to enlisting he was in the employ of Messrs, W. Holyman and Sons. He attained his 26th birthday on August 8.
