SOLDIER'S DEATH.
Pte. Mudge, of Cabramatta.
Regret was expressed at Cabra-Vale Council on Monday night, at the death of Pte B. Mudge, a well-known and respected resident of John Street. Pte. Mudge was on garrison duty at Tamworth and contracted pneumonia.
He leaves a wife and grown-up family.
Council carried a motion of sympathy to be sent to Mrs. Mudge.
