His parents were Archibald Robert CRAIG and Rosa Campbell SCOTT
He enlisted on 17th January, 1916 with the 7th Australian Field Artillery Brigade
He had previously served in the Cadets
Unit left Melbourne on HMAT Port Sydney
Archibald was killed in action on 9th April, 1918 in France

Archibald had married Dorrit Isabelle FISK on 27th January 1916 in St Peters Church in Glenelg just afer he had signed up for WW1
